Subscribe & Save — how it works

Every product on this site can be bought once, or on a subscription. This page is the whole of the subscription deal — what you are charged, how often, how to stop it, and what we changed when we worked out the offer was bad for you. There is no fine print anywhere else.

The terms, in full

  • 10% off, every delivery. Not an introductory rate. The same 10% applies to the first order and to every order after it, for as long as the subscription runs.
  • Free U.S. shipping, at any order value. No $35 threshold to clear, and it applies to every renewal, not just the first one. See below for why.
  • It renews automatically, on the interval you pick. Two intervals are available at checkout: every 30 days, or every 2 weeks. Your card is charged again and a new container ships on whichever one you chose, automatically, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date. The interval sets how often you are billed, not the price — a 2-week subscription is charged about twice as often as a 30-day one, at the same 10% off each time.
  • You see the exact amount before you pay. Example: Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract Capsules are $33.90 one-time, $30.51 on subscription. Every product page shows both.
  • No minimum, no commitment, no cancellation fee. You can cancel after the first delivery. Cancel before a renewal is charged and that renewal does not happen.
  • Two intervals today: 30 days and 2 weeks. We cannot yet offer 45, 60 or 90-day deliveries. And for most of what we sell, 2 weeks is the wrong choice — read the next-but-one section before you pick it, because we would rather talk you out of it now than have you cancel in two months under a pile of unopened containers.

How to cancel

Two ways, both of which work, and neither involves a phone call or talking anyone out of anything:

  • Open your account and cancel the subscription there.
  • Or email support@ladzzz.com from the address you ordered with and say you want it cancelled. We will cancel it and email you a confirmation.

Cancel at any point before the next renewal is charged and nothing further is billed. If a renewal has already been charged but has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel the order for a full refund — the same as any other order.

Why subscription shipping is free — we had this wrong

One-time orders ship free in the U.S. over $35, and cost a flat $5.95 under it. Until 29 October 2026 subscriptions worked the same way, and that made the offer worse than it looked.

The $35 threshold is measured against what you actually pay — after the 10% comes off. So on 13 of our 16 products, a single-product subscription dropped under $35 precisely because of the discount: it saved you between $2.39 and $3.59, and then charged you $5.95 to ship. You were paying us for the privilege of subscribing.

We found it, so we fixed it rather than writing a cleverer paragraph about it. Subscription orders now ship free anywhere in the U.S. at any order value, on every renewal and not just the first. Nothing about one-time orders changed.

Check the interval against the container

Every product page prints the serving size and the number of servings in the container. Do the division before you subscribe, because this is the one decision on this page you can get wrong in a way that costs you money.

A 30-serving container taken once a day lasts about 30 days. On that product the 30-day interval matches what you use, and the 2-week interval would send a second container while the first one is still half full — then a third, and so on, every two weeks, until you notice. The 2-week interval is only the right choice if you genuinely take more than one serving a day, or more than one person in the house is taking the same product. If the container lasts you longer than 30 days at the serving you actually take, neither interval fits: buy that one once, not on a subscription.

Accumulating unopened containers is the most common reason people cancel a supplement subscription, and it is avoidable in about ten seconds of arithmetic.

The other offers, and how they interact

We run two automatic offers, both applied at checkout with no code: any 3 products for 15% off, and spend $50 to save 10%. Two things worth knowing. They do not stack with each other — if a cart qualifies for both, you get the better one, not both. And neither of them applies to a subscription: a subscription line takes its own 10% off plus free U.S. shipping instead. Your cart and the checkout page show exactly what has been applied and what you are being charged before you pay — read that line rather than taking our word for it here.

What a subscription does not change

Subscription orders are covered by exactly the same policy as one-time orders, no better and no worse. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email support@ladzzz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund it with nothing to ship back. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened supplement containers for a change of mind — on a subscription or otherwise. The full terms are in our refund policy and shipping policy.
