Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can affect arrival.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If your package is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbours and your delivery location, then contact the carrier. If still missing, email support@ladzzz.com within 7 days of the delivered status. If a package has not moved in tracking for 10+ business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, email support@ladzzz.com with corrections. Once shipped, we cannot reroute or recover it.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@ladzzz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
